BI 2 — weak market indicators or a crowded field; the differentiation is a story.
Project dashboards are a saturated category. Linear, Jira, Height, Shortcut and every status-report tool in existence claim to answer "where is this work?", and most teams already pay for one.
The genuine differentiation is narrow but real: this does not ask anyone to maintain a status field. It derives everything from artifacts and git that already exist, and — the part nothing else does — it compares what the work claims about itself against what the record shows, then reports the disagreement without resolving it. On two of this repo's live changes that comparison is currently the difference between a right answer and a wrong one.
That is still a story rather than evidence. There is no demand signal, no revenue path started, and no one outside this workspace has used it. A 2 is right until someone who is not Katy asks for it.
